I chose Hyatt Place to be close to the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, and the free shuttle service within a 5-mile radius was a pleasant surprise. I also enjoyed ending the day with a glass of wine from the on-site wine bar.
Stained heater/AC unit. Limited shuttle trips to the airport.

the staff, including the shuttle drivers, were very friendly and helpful. the free breakfasts were delicious with lots of options each morning. the decor is beautiful and welcoming. the bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean and large. the hotel was very close to the airport and the shuttle picked us up right away and dropped us off in plenty of time for our super early flight. all staff downstairs were amazing. our room was so nice and cozy and the bed/bath were very nice. thank you for your hot breakfasts and any help we needed throughout our stay. we'll be back! :)

Great amenities for families, including clean and spacious rooms, pool and gym, and a complimentary hot breakfast buffet.
Felt very happy, no complaint.
